This is a piece of Louisville Stoneware. It's a little pitcher with the recipe for a mint julep. Totally Kentucky chic! I'm sure this thing is worth about $50 new. I paid $10. Steep for a yardsale, but I love it!
I found this adorable MA Hadley Pottery lucheon size plate with an adorable pig on it. MA Hadley Pottery is another Louisville local pottery company. I'm sure it's worth at least $20, if not more. I paid $0.75! So country chic!
It must be a pottery day! I found this great piece to hold my cooking utensils. (Ignore the mess in the kitchen, please!) It's much better than the one decorated with chickens that I'd been using since we've been married-8 years! It's pretty simple, but that's what I like about it.
You did good! I love Louisville Stoneware. Good price on the pitcher.
ReplyDeleteTreehouse Chef. Thanks!
ReplyDeleteLove the cute piggie plate, and I like your white utensil crock as much as the black one I found. We win!!
ReplyDeleteThe electric knife is the gift for me, right????
ReplyDeleteI love that pitcher!! Well done with all your goodies!
ReplyDeleteYard sales are the best arent they? Love all your goodies. It's so much fun finding them and bringing them home and finding a place for them.

You found some great deals! I like the pitcher with the recipe on it--cute! I have a Hadley bowl, which I know nothing about, just thought it was cute. Now I know where it was made!
ReplyDeleteGreat pottery finds. We pass by Hadley on the way to see our daughter in Lexington. I know it is pretty expensive. I see it up here sometimes. Happy Thrifty Monday.
ReplyDeleteKim, those are all worthy finds! Thanks for stopping by the party.
ReplyDeleteGreat pottery finds. I love an electric knife and for 3 bucks is a steal !
